Open Enrollment is the one time of the year when you can make changes to your health care benefits elections outside of a qualifying life event – such as marriage or the birth of a child. More details are coming, so stay tuned!
The 2027 Open Enrollment is passive. This means all of your current 2026 elections will carry over to 2027, unless you login in to UKG and make changes. Flexible Spending Accounts do require annual re-enrollment so if you would like to enroll in the FSA plans for 2027, you need to elect those plans in UKG for 2026.
For 2027, medical and supplemental health coverage will move to Cigna, plus employees will have access to Spot Pet Insurance.
